These terms apply when you buy The NDFIT Blueprint ("the plan") from NDFIT, run by Ned Duggan ("I", "me"). By buying, you agree to them. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. What you get

A digital fitness plan you use in your web browser: personal calorie and macro targets, a gym training plan, meal ideas, and recovery, hydration and supplement guidance.

2. Price and payment

The plan costs a one-time payment of €19.99. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

3. Instant access and your right to cancel

In the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because the plan is digital content that you get immediately after paying, by completing your purchase you ask for instant access and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access starts.

If the plan doesn't work for you, or something isn't working properly, message me and I'll do my best to help.

4. Access to your plan

After paying, you create an account with your email and a password. Log in with it on any phone or computer, and your plan and progress come with you. If you forget your password, use \"Forgot your password\" on the login screen. Access is for your personal use only. Please don't share your login, copy or resell the plan.

5. Health and safety

The plan is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice.
Check with a doctor before starting if you have any injury, health condition, eating disorder history, are pregnant, or take medication.
Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything that doesn't feel right.
If you're under 18, use the plan with a parent or guardian's permission. Under-18s are kept at maintenance calories and should not use pre-workout.
Supplements are optional. Follow the label and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you're unsure.

You train and follow the plan at your own risk.

6. Results

The transformations shown are real, but everyone's body is different. Your results depend on your training, diet, sleep, consistency and genetics. I can't guarantee a specific result.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for any injury, loss or damage from using the plan. My total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. This doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited.

8. Your privacy

Stripe processes your payment and receives the details you enter at checkout, such as your name, email and card. Your account email and the information you put into the plan (age, height, weight, food and weigh-ins) are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, so you can use the plan on any device. I only use this to run the plan. It's never sold or shared, and the plan uses no tracking or adverts. To have your account and data deleted, message me on TikTok or Instagram: @ndfit.

9. Changes

I may improve or update the plan over time. If I change these terms, the new version will be posted on this page.
